Pro-ionic Gel Dressings are ionic. Being ionic means that, weight-for-weight, they have the same absorbency as alginate. The result is a range of dressings that enable you to more effectively move through the black-yellow phases of the wound healing continuum without having to make big compromises on either speed of debridement or fluid handling (effective wear time).
