New Foam Plus: simply more absorbent

Hydrophilic Foams act just like sponges. The'll absorb, but if you squeeze them most of the liquid comes straight back out. 

Pro-ionic Foam Plus is a genuine gel-foam dressing which contains a super-absorbent gel positioned at the back of the foam to help lock away excess fluid.
