Our conversion business unit allows us to supply a wide range of private label products based on our absorbent adhesive gel and hydrocolloid technologies.

Capabilities include:

• Gel roll stock and finished dressing manufacture in Class 7 (equivalent to 10,000) clean rooms.
• Five gel roll stock manufacturing lines.
• Three gel slitting lines.
• Prototyping equipment for customer trials and product sign-off.
• In-house printing for private label products.
• Three high-speed wound dressing lines, up to three lanes across the web with in-line heat-sealed pouching.
• Private label dressings are sterilised by gamma irradiation off-site.

We are currently expanding our manufacturing facility to meet the exciting growth in our business during the past 2 years.

FW has a wide range of custom adhesive gel formulations, and frequently works with customers to develop new materials for specific end uses.
